Smokey BBQ Jerky is our version of the classic smokey beef jerky. It is made using our proprietary house-blend of high quality seasonings with the smokiness that come from slow burning hardwoods.
 
OUr Butcher Made Beef Jerky is made using 100% Grass Fed Beef. We only use beef that has been born, raised, and harvested in the Pacific NorthWest. We use the old school technique of making our jerky from whole muscles and is always produced in small batches to ensure the best quality.
