These Lamb Shanks are a highly prized item and are usually the first items to go! Shanks are best slow roasted until they are fall apart tender! We offer both Foreshank & Hindshank seperately to closer fit your project need!  Hindshanks have more "meat per Bone" but tend to weigh more and have a higher cost, Foreshanks have slightly less meat but have a better price per pound. Each pack comes with 1 shank per pack.
