Jalapeño Chili Beef Jerky has a classic chili flavor with the spiciness of fresh jalapeño. We added a extra kick with a final dusting of house made jalapeño powder just before smoking.
 
OUr Butcher Made Beef Jerky is made using 100% Grass Fed Beef. We only use beef that has been born,raised, and harvested in the Pacific NorthWest. We use the old school technique of making our jerky from whole muscles and is always produced in small batches to ensure the best quality.
