Baseball cut  medallion sirloins are petite steaks that closely resemble the Filet Mignon in texture and flavor (but are available at a fraction of the cost!). These steaks are awesome pan fried or can be cut up to make some of the best kabobs.
 
Each Pack has about 6-8  medallion steaks and weighs about 2lbs each pack
 Each steak is about 1.5-2" wide and a minimum of 1" thick.
