Don't Have a Vacuum Sealer??

Dry Aging Bags work best with a vacuum sealer but if you dont have a sealer, we have a solution! This method requires additional equipment that most people have around the house. a Bucket and a zip tie(or rubber band)

The main goal is to get at least 85% of the air out of the bag. This can be achieved by using the water method. To use the water method, fill a bucket(or sink) with enough water to submerge the entire piece of meat.

Step 1: Place your meat in the bag completely

Step 2: Submerge the bag into the water until the meat in completely in the water. DO NOT ALLOW WATER IN THE BAG

Step 3: Once most of the air is out of the bag, zip tie it closed and remove from the water

Step 4: Place in a refrigerator for at least 21 days or until desired dryness is reached!
